Real Estate is what I've always wanted and will continue to do, moving only forward towards the goal of becoming an advanced expert.
In 2003, I read a book by an American businessman and author Robert Kiyosaki "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and decided that I would be happy if I did real estate....
I began to work on myself. By the time I have received two higher educations related to the economics of the enterprise, marketing.
However, my way to the profession was not quite ordinary. I came to America in 2007 to work as a professional drummer under a year - contract in the city of Ford Lauderdale.
I 've got a great working experience, being a drummer and a manager at the same time in one of the restaurants of the prestigious nightclub, an assistant of a lawyer in New York for 7 years, a sales representative in Florida at the beginning of the pandemiya in 2020.
Working in different fields, I've realized that I am the person who feels comfortable in communicating with different clients face to face, when you feel the energy of a client and share your energy by giving advice, showing an object, discussing something on the phone.
In March 2021, having received a Realtor's License, began to look for a company where it would be convenient and comfortable to work and communicate with people. Vera Realty was chosen the first in the list of prospective companies.
Everything turned out so that almost immediately I decided in favor of the Vera Realty firm. Professional examples of a young and successful broker Nick Polyushkin and a broker manager with 25 years of experience Carlos Barandiaran could not help but hook me!
In May 2021 I signed a contract with Vera Realty and successfully passed all the training sessions within the company and joined the rapidly developing team.
In my practice, there have already been land sales, rental of warehouse and office spaces, sales and rental of apartments. I have not yet determined the sales profile-residential and commercial. But, I believe, that the secret of a career promotion is one - to work hard on yourself, study, read, listen, record and communicate!
I think my big deals are still ahead. They will come along with growing experience. Let it be!

Sure, that a realtor is a wonderful profession for people who are able to work on several problems at the same time, spend their time, regardless of the day time and give a piece of themselves for each transaction.
I joined the Vera Realty company a little over a year ago. I've got a Realtor's License for almost two years. Before that, had been working for more than 30 years as a Registered Nurse.
To tell the truth I think the profession of a realtor is very similar to the profession of a nurse. It is necessary to help people and "to save" them at any situation.
I try to answer every call of my clients immediately. If they call, it means they need my help. They entrust me with their money, their worries, their hopes and their wishes, and I can't let them down. I am doing everything to ensure that the transaction is successfully completed with maximum benefit for my client.
Sometimes my relatives get offended because my working day is not usual and I'm busy all the time… But I like to help my clients, to feel needed.
Of course, there are different people: some betray, others are faithful to the end; some are not grateful that you did not do for them; others are ready to thank for every little thing.
Transactions can also be different: easy and very difficult, but my motto is "Not a single failed transaction!!!" I always try to bring everything to an end and resolve any situation.
Of course, a lot of life experience helps, and the team, the people, I encounter in the process, also help a lot. These are, of course, the Vera Realty brokers: Nick Polushkin and Carlos Barandiaran. They always prompt, help or even just listen, and the decision suddenly comes by itself.

People, buying a real estate, are in a state of expectation and stress until the transaction is completed. Our task is to reduce their stress as much as possible and, by prompting them step by step, lead them to their cherished goal !!!
A person buys a real estate only a few times in a lifetime; we are worried and often exiting about each of our clients, for many of them at the same time!!!
